PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a linear slider as a whole, and to reliably suppress a rise of a temperature of a movable table.SOLUTION: The linear slider 1 comprise a fixed base 2, a plurality of the movable tables 7 having magnetic fields 17 which are arranged so as to be individually movable along a prescribed moving direction with respect to the fixed base 2, guide rails 5, 6 which are arranged on the fixed base 2 and guides the movement of the plurality of movable tables 7, and a plurality of armatures 8 which are mounted to the fixed base 2 and have coils 15 which are arranged so as to correspond to moving ranges of the plurality of movable tables 7. |
