PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head rod component aligning and supplying device having simple construction for surely handing over headed rod components having large or small sizes, whichever, at joint positions.SOLUTION: The headed rod component aligning and supplying device includes a component supply machine which is constituted of an oscillating ball feeder 10, and a belt carrying unit 20 for carrying the headed rod components supplied from the ball feeder 10 while supporting them, and in which a feeder rail 14 is arranged at a discharge end 13 of the ball feeder 10 for supporting the seat surfaces of heads 2 with legs 3 set down, an intermediate rail 30 is arranged with the upper face of its rear end corresponding to the linear front end of the rail, in such a manner as to be rockable a predetermined angle around an angle portion on the upper face of the rear end, and the belt carrying unit 20 is provided at the front end of the intermediate rail 30. Thus, the up-and-down jump or turn-down of the headed rod components are avoided at hand-over positions where the headed rod components are supplied to the belt carrying unit, resulting in improved operation availability. |
