PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate and a screen printing method which can inhibit a crater generating in a conductor pattern.SOLUTION: The screen printing plate is used when the conductor pattern is formed by the screen printing method on a ceramic green sheet. On a printing plate body 11, a hole 12 for forming the conductor pattern is formed, the hole 12 including straight line-like regions 14a and 14b, and a bending region 16 which connects these straight line-like regions 14a and 14b. A crosslinking 18 which devides the hole 12 is formed in the bending region 16. The crosslinking 18 which devides the hole 12 is not formed in the straight line-like regions 14a and 14b. |
