PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencer for cylinder cooling water header piping which makes a silencer pipe installed on the outlet side of header piping attachable/detachable through a silencer holder pipe and the selection of the effect of the silencer possible by exchanging it for one having a different diameter of a small hole.SOLUTION: In the structure of the silencer of header piping for cylinder cooling water, a silencer pipe 6 is made attachable/detachable and exchangeable in a silencer holder pipe 20 which is installed in a through-hole 7 on the outlet side 5 of the header piping, part of the small holes formed on the entire periphery of the silencer pipe 6 is made to face the opening 21 of the silencer holder pipe 20, and cooling water or steam is discharged to the outlet side 5 of the header piping to muffle sound. |
