Disclosed is a hand grinder. The disclosed hand grinder, having an abrasive (10) for polishing a surface of an object to be processed, includes: a holder (11), to one side of which the abrasive (10) is attached and in the other side of which a hexagonal shank (18) having a concave groove (18a) is disposed; a coupling body (13), in one side of which the hexagonal shank (18) is received and to the other side of which a shaft (12a) of a grinder body (12) is coupled; a sleeve (15) that is slidably movable so as to elastically return while surrounding a side of an outer surface of the coupling body (13); a detachment spring (14), one side of which is supported by an end of the hexagonal shank (18) and the other side of which is supported by an inner screw part (13a) of the coupling body (13) connected to the shaft (12a) of the grinder body (12), so as to apply elastic force; an O-ring (19) defining a receiving groove (20) within the coupling body (13), the O-ring (19) pushing a concave groove end (18c) of the hexagonal shank (18); a ball (16) fixing or releasing the hexagonal shank (18) while being seated on or separated from the concave groove (18a) of the hexagonal shank (18) according to the forward and backward operations of the sleeve (15); and a cover (40) which is fixed while completely covering a gap between a socket (30) coupled to the outside of the coupling body (13) and the sleeve (15). Accordingly, after the polishing holder is mounted on the coupling body, the polishing holder may be completely fixed. Thus, when a polishing process is performed, the polishing holder is fundamentally prevented from being separated. In addition, the polishing holder may be replaced through a one-touch operation to significantly increase the efficiency of the polishing process. |
