A motor device is provided with a transmission substrate in which a transmission portion put on at least part of the outer periphery of a rotor is formed, and a drive substrate which comprises a drive portion for moving the transmission portion by a given distance while the area between the rotor and the transmission portion is brought into a rotation force transmission state and returning the transmission portion to a predetermined position while the rotation force transmission state is cancelled and which is coupled to the transmission substrate so that drive force generated by the drive portion acts on the transmission portion.
