The accurate collision judgment between a vehicle and an obstacle can be achieved, even while the vehicle is entering a curve. Disclosed is a collision judgment device which judges a collision between a vehicle and an obstacle on the basis of the relative positional relationship between the position of the vehicle itself and the relative movement line of the obstacle with respect to the vehicle, which is calculated on the basis of a plurality of pieces of positional information obtained by the acquisition of positional information regarding the obstacle, wherein, when it is judged that the vehicle is entering the entrance of a curve, the relative positional relationship between the relative movement line and the vehicle position is adjusted so that the distance between the relative movement line and the vehicle position is longer than the distance therebetween when the vehicle does not enter the entrance of a curve.
