An array substrate (2) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The array substrate (2) includes a substrate (21) and a plurality of layers of array patterns (22) formed on the substrate (21), wherein the plurality of layers of array patterns (22) comprise an internal stress layer generating the internal stress by which the array substrate (2) is formed to have an arch structure protruding towards the side of the array patterns (22). In addition, a liquid crystal panel comprising the array substrate (2) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided.
