PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dependable and efficient method of analysis suitable for complicated compounds such as metabolite in biological sample.SOLUTION: On the method for analyzing sample and its system, (a) any compound in a test sample is determined. (b) The Step (a) involves analysis of reference sample. These test sample and reference sample are analyzed in the same sequence. Additionally, this method contains a system for performing the method to (a) measure compounds, (b) monitor process parameters, and (c) analyze the following raw results obtained in the step (a): (i) the first database includes raw result from compound measuring device; (ii) the second database includes process parameters; (iii) the third database includes rules for validating the raw result; and (iv) the fourth database includes allocated results of the identified compound. These second, third and fourth databases are connected with the first database. |
