PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time necessary for a shipping test and enable to check soundness with sufficient accuracy.SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation system is provided with a fuel cell body 5, a fuel treatment unit, a cathode blower 8, and a controlling unit 9. The fuel treatment unit is provided with a reformer 2, a high temperature shift converter 3, and a CO selective oxidizer 4 or the like, and reforms a raw fuel to generate hydrogen and supplies the hydrogen to the fuel cell body 5. The cathode blower 8 supplies air to the fuel cell body 5. The controlling unit 9 controls a plurality of controlling amounts of the fuel treatment unit and the cathode blower 8, or the like and carries out a normal operation for the fuel cell body 5 to generate power. Further, the controlling unit 9 carries out a test operation by controlling at least one of these controlling amounts so that it may be in a generation enabled range even if it is out of a normal operation range to put into operation the fuel treatment unit and the cathode blower 8 or the like. |
