PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adenovirus, a nucleic acid encoding the same, and a method for producing a medicine using a recombinant carcinogenesis protein.SOLUTION: The adenovirus is replication-deficient in cells not containing YB-1 in the nucleus and encodes an oncogene or an oncogenic product, in particular an oncogene protein, which transactivates at least one viral gene, preferably an adenoviral gene, the gene being selected from the group consisting of E1B55kDa, E4orf6, E4orf3 and E3ADP. |
