PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined machine 100 which conveys a registration request of an unregistered user to an administrator even if the administrator is absent, and makes the administrator rapidly determine whether user registration is permitted.SOLUTION: The combined machine 100 is equipped with: an authentication receiving means 501 for receiving an input of user identification information, or the selection of a guest login key from a user; a registration request receiving means 502 for receiving selection whether the user requests the registration of the user identification information from the user when the guest login key is selected; a registration request information receiving means 503 for receiving the input of the registration request information including the user identification information from the user when the registration request is selected; a use permission means 508 for permitting the user to use an apparatus in a guest login state; and a registration request notification means 506 for notifying an administrator of the registration request information, and checking by the administrator whether the user identification information in the relative registration request information is registered. |
