PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that includes a server for consolidating a function of limiting the electronic apparatus and an auxiliary function thereof for each account information or user type, and an electronic apparatus for outputting data and allowing a user to confirm the content of output data in advance, the server and the electronic apparatus being networked with each other.SOLUTION: A terminal 20 transmits user information, user information and function setting information used in the electronic apparatus 30, or output data including the user information and the function setting information to the server 10. The server 10 reads out limit function information/alternative function information each of which is associated with the transmitted user information, and transmits the read information or transmits the information to the terminal 20 by changing a part of the limit function information of the function setting information in the output data to the alternative function information, or transmits the changed output data. The terminal 20 generates and displays a preview image of the output data on the basis of the transmitted information. |
