PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which is excellent in the image quality, cleanability and coloring property of an image and in low temperature fixability and toner preservability, in a recycling system using a color toner.SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge developing toner is obtained by granulation from a dispersion in which an oil phase containing a toner composition in an organic solvent is dispersed in an aqueous medium. A binder resin in the toner composition contains a low molecular resin component, wherein a resin softening coefficient (A) of the low molecular resin component represented by expression: A=|(lnG'(r1)-lnG'(r2))/(T1-T2)| is >0.165, and when a flow start temperature (°C) of the low molecular resin component measured with an elevated flow tester is designated as Tfb, a storage modulus (dyne/cm) G'(Tfb) is ≤1×10. In the expression, T1 is a temperature (°C) at which a storage modulus G'(r1) becomes 1×10(dyne/cm), and T2 is a temperature (°C) at which a storage modulus G'(r2) becomes 1×10, as measured with a rheometer at a frequency of 1 Hz and a strain of 1 deg. |
