摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve ultra water repellency by a lotus effect and surface hardness by conversion into silica glass by forming a micro/nano finely roughened structure on a surface of a compound containing a Si-O-Si bond and converting the surface into silica glass.SOLUTION: An ultra-water-repellent material having both ultra water repellency and surface hardness can be obtained by forming a micro/nano periodic structure 4 on the surface of silicone (silicone rubber, silicon resin, etc.) 1 used as the solid compound containing an Si-O-Si bond and subsequently irradiating light 5 with a wavelength of ≤190 nm, whereby converting the finely roughened structure surface into silica glass.
