PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change transmission power distribution of the own device in response to the transmission power distribution changeover timing of other base station devices.SOLUTION: A base station device is equipped with a control unit 22 that controls transmission power distribution in a frequency domain, and a detection unit 23 that detects the changeover timing that other base station devices use to change transmission power distribution. The control unit 22 changes the transmission power distribution according to the power distribution changeover timing of the other base station devices or the timing close thereto. Thus, interference between cells is prevented.
