PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a part and a clip used for the same capable of improving sealing performance and durability thereof by bringing a flange into a reversely warped condition when fastened with a base.SOLUTION: A fastening member includes a head part 100, a shaft part 90, the thin flange 101 extending in a straight shape from the outer periphery of the head part 100, and an engaging means (a leg part 80 of a grommet 40, for example). The part includes a through-hole 71, and a wall part 72 positioned in the outer periphery of the through-hole 71 and extending in an inserting direction of the shaft part 90. The base 20 includes a mounting hole 21 through which the shaft part 90 can be inserted. When the base 20 and the part are fastened by insertion of the shaft part 90, the flange 101 is press-contacted with the wall part 72, and brought into the reversely warped condition. |
