PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring controller allowing rapid confirmation of latest information related to operation of a plant without imposing a burden on an operator.SOLUTION: When an operator request processing part 6 receives a message output request from the operator, a message output processing part 7 acquires a message stored in a recording medium 5a of a server computer 1, stores it into a storage medium (5b, 5c, or 5d) corresponding to an output apparatus 8 designated by the operator, and outputs it to the designated output apparatus 8. A monitor 8a that is the output apparatus 8 includes a display screen having a print information scroll function, and a monitor update output processing part 72 of the message output processing part 7 automatically updates the message corresponding to the output request from the operator, and displays the latest message on the display screen of the monitor 8a in real time. |
