PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display device in which, when a two-screen display instruction is inputted, an input terminal to which a video signal is inputted is automatically selected and displayed on two screens.SOLUTION: When an operation for starting the two-screen display is performed by a remote control 54, a control portion 66 makes an input selector 56a and an input selector 56b sequentially select input terminals T1-T6. Moreover, the control portion 66 makes an identification portion 57a and an identification portion 57b identify whether the video signal is inputted or not for each switched input terminal. In the case that the signal is inputted to the input terminal, the control portion 66 makes the display portion display a video corresponding to the selected input terminal. The video source selection method is applied at least to one side among the two screens for the display of two screens on one display device. |
