PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping while reducing burden on fingers with an inexpensive structure.SOLUTION: An overtube 11 comprises an almost cylindrical-shaped grip part 50 and a body part 51. The body part 51 forms an insertion tube 60 where an insertion part of an endoscope is inserted and a balloon 66 is installed at a proximal end. The grip part 50 is composed of materials whose Shore hardness A is 90 or larger, and a small diameter part 76, large diameter parts 77a, 77b, tapers 78a, 78b joining the small diameter part 76 and the large diameter parts 77a, 77b, and a fluid supply passage 72 for supplying the air to the balloon 66 are formed. A level difference between the small diameter part 76 and the large diameter parts 77a, 77b is between 3.5 mm and 8 mm, whereas rising angles of the taper parts 78a, 78b from the small diameter part 76 are between 30° and 80°. |
