PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main apparatus that prevents a reproduction failure of a desired musical piece and skip of music data to be reproduced while preventing an increase in capacity in a small-capacity memory 18 in a sub apparatus.SOLUTION: The main apparatus 13 includes statistics of music reproduction frequency in the apparatus, and selects a predetermined number of musical pieces ranked higher in the reproduction frequency as transmission musical pieces, on the basis of the statistics. When receiving a music data transmission request from the sub apparatus 17, the main apparatus 13 transmits the music data to the sub apparatus 17. The sub apparatus 17 stores the music data received from the main apparatus 13 in the small-capacity memory 18. In the next use period of the sub apparatus 17, a user selects a desired one from the musical pieces whose data are already stored in the small-capacity memory 18 and reproduces it. |
