PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system which allows a resident to easily listen to the voice of a visitor in case the resident of a residence is an elderly person.SOLUTION: The intercom system includes a collective entrance unit installed at an entrance, and a residence information panel installed in a residence, wherein an intercom call is made between a call means provided to the collective entrance unit and a call means provided to the residence information panel. The residence information panel includes a call improvement button which is operated to improve the voice of a visitor which is output from a speaker of the call means on the residence information panel during the intercom call, and a transmission means which transmits a call improvement requesting signal upon the operation of the call improvement button. The collective entrance unit includes a receiving means which receives the call improvement requesting signal, and a display means which displays contents according to the call improvement requesting signal on a panel surface of the collective entrance unit when the receiving means of the collective entrance unit receives the call improvement requesting signal. |
