PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an integrated value, with respect to an area that is any place and any size havig a small memory capacity and calculation amount.SOLUTION: A total sum of pixel values in a rectangular area in which a predetermined origin and coordinates (x, y) form a diagonal for each sub-area is set as an integrated value at the coordinates (x, y) and calculated for each pixel, to generate first integrated value data indicating the integrated intensity value of each pixel for each sub-area. The integrated intensity value of the coordinates corresponding to each origin in the sub-area is calculated, to generate second integrated value data collecting the integrated intensity values of the coordinates corresponding to each origin in the sub-area. |
