Provided is a disposable article for wearing. A crotch main part of the disposable article for wearing can be stably fixed to the outer surface of a waist panel, and a liquid-absorbing structure of the crotch main part can absorb and hold a relatively large amount of excrement without any reduction in absorption performance. One or both of front and rear end parts (35, 36) of the crotch main part (12) is/are attached to the skin-facing side of the elastic waist panel (11) with a bonding region (60, 61) interposed. The bonding region (60, 61) has a non-bonding region (68, 69) in the center in the transverse direction (X) of the crotch main part (12). When a user is wearing the disposable article (10) for wearing, a separation part (19) extending in a longitudinal direction (Y) is formed in the center of a waist region (14) to which the end part (36) of the crotch main part (12) is attached.
