The electric vehicle control device individually controls the inverters and makes the overall device more compact by storing in the 4-in-1 inverter unit a 2-in-1 semiconductor element device package that combines into one unit two semiconductor elements that convert electric power to enable a permanent magnet synchronization electric motor (1) to drive.</p>
