The invention relates to an electrical energy microgenerator comprising a pneumatic motor (driven by the pressure of a fluid) and an electric generator that are magnetically coupled to each other, said microgenerator being designed so as to be intrinsically safe, with a protection index against the IP 67 intrusion of solid objects or dust, accidental contact or water, for dangerous areas such as in category 1, division 2, group A, B, C and D, in accordance with the United States National Electrical Code,and applicable to remote installations that lack electrical energy, but have access to pressure associated with a fluid. The propellant fluid is not consumable and its associated pressure is between 5 and 700 kg/cm2. Neither the propellant fluid nor the pneumatic motor come into contact with, or penetrate, the space of the generator. |
