PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell to satisfy various demand characteristics such as conductivity, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and thinning, and to provide a method of manufacturing the separator easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a step of taking molds of first and second intaglios 27, 28 from convex matrices 25A, 25B equipped with concave grooves 25C, 25D; a step of filling a conductive filler and a liquid resin containing conductive resin ink into the first and the second intaglios 27, 28 of which the molds were taken; a step of transcribing the first and the second intaglios 27, 28 filled with the conductive resin ink onto a substrate, and of curing the conductive resin ink; and a step of peeling off the resin intaglio from a conductive resin material in which the conductive resin ink formed on the substrate is cured. As for the separator for the fuel cell, an apex width of a protrusion of the separator is thicker than a base width. |
