PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of signal transmission to an exposure device.SOLUTION: A light signal receiving part 220 of the exposure device 100 receives a light signal through a refractive index distribution type lens 142A. Consequently, a signal is transmitted to the exposure device 100 by optical communication in the noncontact state without providing newly an optical component or an optical mechanism separately, for example, so that a transmission failure of a signal caused by a contact failure of a connector or the like can be prevented, in comparison with a constitution for transmitting the signal using an electric signal, and resultantly reliability of signal manual transmission is improved. |
