PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the deterioration of durability caused by the contact of a washing movement unit and an inkjet head, the generation of foreign substances such as wear dust, the poor printing and the poor formation of an orientation film or the like while a positional relation between the washing movement unit and the inkjet head does not become strict unfairly.SOLUTION: An inkjet head wiping apparatus has a constitution having a vacuum nozzle 5 generating a suction force caused by negative pressure around a liquid material jetting opening 3 and equipped with a washing movement unit 4 which can relatively move to the inkjet head 1 in a non-contact manner, and has a constitution that a plurality of the inkjet head 1 are arranged in a zigzag shape in the arranging direction of the liquid material jetting opening 3, and the vacuum nozzles 5 are arranged on respective rows of the inkjet head 1, and these vacuum nozzles 5 are moved in the arranging direction of the liquid material jetting opening 3. |
