The invention relates to a treatment device (1, 22, 35) for removing a burr on a partially compressed moulded part (6, 28, 45, 46). The moulded part (6, 28, 45, 46) is formed of one or more components of a pressed powder (6, 28, 45, 46), in particular a green compact. The device comprises means for receiving (18, 30, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) the moulded part (6, 28, 45, 46) and at least one unit for blasting (13, 24, 25), in particular comprising a blasing nozzle (15, 26, 27, 50, 51), the moulded part (6, 28, 45, 46) with a blasting agent (52), wherein the blasting agent (52) is a granular plastics material. The invention further relates to a method for removing a burr on a moulded part (6, 28, 45, 46) and to a component, in particular a sintered component, which is produced by means of the treatment device (1, 22, 35) and in accordance with the method. |
