Embodiments of the present invention relate to a multi-color electrophoretic display device, an image sheet, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a multi-color electrophoretic display device comprises the steps of: forming capsules having photosensitive coloring capsule shells which store dielectric fluids and at least one kind of electrophoretic particles dispersed within the dielectric fluids; arranging said capsules in unit color pixel areas of a substrate; an exposure step for forming latent images of predetermined color pattern images in the capsules, by exposing said capsules; and a developing step for forming unit color pixels that include color capsules, by developing said photosensitive coloring capsule shells of the capsules.
