The present invention provides a method and device for scheduling resource. The method includes that: a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) grant is distributed on one or more component carriers; a user equipment (UE) is notified which component carrier the distributed semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) grant is located at, so as the user equipment (UE) can identify and use the semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) grant. Through the above technical solution, the semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) can be configured for the user equipment (UE) in a long term evolution carrier aggregation.
