NUCLEIC ACID STRUCTURE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPLEX USING SAME, AND SCREENING METHOD

Disclosed is a novel detection method with superior detection sensitivity and simple operation. A nucleic acid structure having a screening region, peptide tag coding nucleic acids, and coding nucleic acids for an aptamer that can bind to that peptide tag is used. Coding nucleic acids for a random peptide are introduced into the screening region of this nucleic acid structure, and this nucleic acid structure is expressed in vivo. By this means, a complex of a fused transcription product with a base sequence that includes the coding nucleic acids for a random peptide, the peptide tag coding nucleic acids, and the aptamer coding nucleic acids and a fused translation product that includes that random peptide and that peptide tag is formed. If this complex and a target are brought into contact and the complex binding that target is recovered, the bindable peptides in that target and the coding nucleic acids therefor can be identified from the transcription product of the random peptide coding nucleic acids in the complex.
