PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use heat diffused from a waste cleaning liquid of an evaporation apparatus.SOLUTION: The evaporation apparatus 100 includes a cleaning liquid return line 132 for discharging the waste liquid accumulated as a result of cleaning scales adhering to the interior of the evaporation apparatus 100, and a heat recovery device 140 which is installed in the cleaning liquid return line 132 and recovers heat from the waste liquid. In addition, the evaporation apparatus 100 includes a plurality of evaporators E1 to E4 for enriching a solution by evaporating a solvent under indirect heat exchange passing through the heat transfer surfaces of a heating medium and the solution. Therefore, under this structural design, the evaporation apparatus 100 may be operated as the one for enriching the stock solution of a liquid to be enriched by making a passage of it successively through the evaporators E1 to E4, and discharging the enriched liquid from the final stage evaporator E1. |
