PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil unit reduced in dielectric loss, a noncontact power receiving device, a noncontact power transmitting device, and a vehicle.SOLUTION: The coil unit includes a secondary self resonance coil 110 attaining at least one of power transmission and power reception to and from an externally disposed primary self resonance coil by resonance of electromagnetic fields, a plate 197 extending in an axial direction of the secondary self resonance coil 110 and supporting the secondary self resonance coil 110, and a bobbin 196 supporting the plate 197.
