PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that includes a resist roller pair and can reduce allophone resulting from bending of paper T in skew (slanting paper feeding) correction with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a main conveyance passage L1, the resist roller pair 80 arranged in the main conveyance passage L1, a conveyance roller pair 82 for bending a material T to be transferred by butting the tip of the material T to be transferred on the resist roller pair 80, a sub conveyance passage La joining the main conveyance passage L1 on the upstream side of the resist roller pair 80, a plate-like guide member 851 arranged to separate the main conveyance passage L1 from the sub conveyance passage La, a guide member 861 on the main conveyance passage side arranged facedly to the guide member 851 on the main conveyance passage L1 side with respect to the guide member 851, and a projection part 852 that is formed on the tip side of the downstream side of the guide member 851 and projects on the side of the guide member 861 on the main conveyance passage side with respect to a nip connection plane 880 for interconnecting a resist nip N80 and conveyance nip N82. |
