PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container carrier for efficiently arranging a plurality of containers for increasing a filling rate.SOLUTION: The container carrier is provided with tentative placement means 2 including a plurality of laterally movable tentative placement rails 22 positioned at a pitch larger than the width of a bag body for catching and holding the neck of a predetermined number of containers supplied from supply means 1, and arrangement means 4 including a plurality of product rails 42 for catching the neck for holding the containers similarly. The pitch of the rails 42 is a fraction of an integer number of that of the rails 22. A container pitch is shortened and a group of containers 8A where the containers are alternately arranged is formed by transferring the containers from the rails 22 to the rails 42 one after another by transfer means 3A, 3B while rails 22 are moved laterally one after another in tune with the rails 42. |
