PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal for preventing unauthorized use of the terminal by properly determining the necessity of a user, and simultaneously improve the convenience of the user.SOLUTION: This cellular phone terminal 1 includes: a voice input section 11 for receiving the voice inputted by a user and converting the voice into an input audio signal; a voice data storing section 13 for storing voice data corresponding to a key word for checking with the input voice signal and threshold data to be compared to the level of the input voice signal so that both the data are associated with each other; an operation lock executing section 14 for executing an operation lock function; and a control section 17 for determining coincidence between the user's voice input and the voice quality indicated by the voice data, comparing a mean level of the input voice signal with the threshold data, and executing the operation lock function if the voice input data coincides with the voice quality and the mean level is equal to or lower than the level indicated by the threshold data. |
