The module has a carrier (10) comprising a continuous lubricant channel and a lubricant outlet, and a pump unit arranged at the carrier. The pump unit discharges lubricant i.e. oil, from the lubricant channel to a nozzle via the lubricant outlet, where the pump unit comprises a drive (50) and a pump (40) e.g. external gear pump. Guard plates (15) are arranged at the carrier, and a control unit (70) controls the pump unit. A valve device (60) enables disabling and releasing transportation of the lubricant and/or pressurized air within the carrier. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for device modules.
