Provided is an organic light-emitting device comprising a first substrate (1), a second substrate (10), a light drawing-out layer (8) arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, a transparent electrode (7) arranged between the light drawing-out layer and the first substrate, a reflection electrode (2) arranged between the transparent electrode and the first substrate, and a first light-emitting unit arranged between the transparent electrode and the reflection electrode. The first light-emitting unit further comprises a first light-emitting layer (4) that emits a first light-emitting color. In this organic light-emitting device, a relationship of equation-1 (L1 = ?2/4) and equation-2 (L1cos?1 = ?1 (1/4 + n/2) (n is an integer not less than 0, and 0 1 = 60)) is satisfied, where L1 is the optical length from a light-emitting point within the first light-emitting layer to the reflection electrode, ?2 is a wavelength having an intensity of 1% the maximum intensity of the light-emitting spectrum of the first light-emitting color, at the long wavelength side thereof, and ?1 is a wavelength having an intensity of 1% the maximum intensity of the light-emitting spectrum of the first light-emitting color, at the short wavelength side thereof.
