PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment ink for inkjet recording which has a good printability to ordinary printing papers, particularly papers with a high hydrophobic characteristic such as coated paper and art paper, and excellent jetting stability from inkjet nozzles and storage stability.SOLUTION: An unsaturated double bond is previously introduced into an acrylic dispersant as an aqueous dispersant having a hydrophobic portion and a hydrophilic portion. After dispersed, the pigment is capsulated by reacting the double bond. Thus, an ink is synthesized in which the pigment and the dispersant are hardly separated in a solvent-containing system and which has a good time stability. |
