PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure appropriate electric performance of an electrode to be obtained and its adhesiveness with a substrate.SOLUTION: A conductive composition contains a vehicle consisting of silver powder, lead-free glass powder containing BiO, BO, ZnO and an alkaline earth metal oxide, and an organic, and forms the electrode 13 passing through a silicon nitride layer 11 to conduct with an n-type semiconductor layer 12 formed under the silicon nitride layer 11. The lead-free glass powder contains a metal ion of an Sn ion or a Ce ion, or the metal ions of both of them present as ions having different valances, the ratio of the alkaline earth metal oxide in the lead-free glass powder is at least 20 mol% and not more than 50 mol% in oxide conversion, and the ratio of the metal ion present as ions having different valances in the lead-free glass powder is at least 0.1 mol% and not more than 10 mol%. |
