PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of realizing the consistent conveyance of a recording medium while straightening any warp of the recording medium.SOLUTION: The image forming device includes an image forming unit for forming an image on a recording medium, a medium straightening unit for straightening any warp of the recording medium by the passage of the recording medium with the image being formed thereon by the image forming unit, a casing where the image forming unit and the medium straightening unit are accommodated therein, and a post-processing unit for executing the processing to the recording medium passing through the medium straightening unit is freely connected thereto, and a control unit for controlling the straightening amount of a paper sheet by the medium straightening unit, which is capable of allowing the medium straightening unit to straighten the recording medium with the smaller straightening amount if the post-processing device is connected to the casing, in comparison with a case where the post-processing device is not connected to the casing. |
