PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current measurement device for stably and easily measuring an electric current flowing into a sample without processing the sample.SOLUTION: The current measurement device 1 determines a value of an electric current flowing into a sample W. The device 1 includes: a conductor 2 having a line-shaped portion 2a arranged on a reference plane S1; an electric current generating means 3 sending to the conductor 2 a direct current or an alternating current in which a value of the electric current is changeable; and a magnetic quantity detection means 4 arranged on the reference plane S1 disposed between the sample W and the line-shaped portion 2a, which are arranged on the reference plane S1, and having a sensor portion 4a for detecting a magnetic quantity of a synthetic magnetic field element in a direction perpendicular to the reference plane S1. The synthetic magnetic field is formed by synthesis of a magnetic field generated by the sample W and a magnetic field generated by the conductor 2.
