PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device preventing backlit transmission or image omission caused by tackiness of an image part formed on a recording medium.SOLUTION: This fixing device has a fixing solution application unit for fixing resin particles onto the recording medium P, by applying a fixing solution containing a softener for softening a resin by dissolving or swelling at least a part of the resin to the resin particles on the medium. The device also has an adhesion preventing agent application unit 150 for applying a liquid adhesion preventing agent 154 immiscible with the softener to surfaces of the resin particles to which the softener is applied. |
