PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-current converter circuit whose voltage dependence on power supply is small, and a PLL circuit having the same.SOLUTION: The voltage-current converter circuit is provided with a current mirror circuit which is composed of a first conductivity type transistor supplied with a first voltage and produces a second current based on a first current, a second conductivity type of first transistor through which the first current flows, a variable resistor having one end connected to a source of the first transistor, and another end supplied with a second voltage, and having a resistance value which changes depending on an input control voltage, a second transistor of a second conductivity type through which a second current flows, which has a drain and a gate connected to a gate of the first transistor, and a source supplied with the second voltage, and which is configured such that a ratio W/L of a gate width W to a gate length L is smaller than a ratio W/L of the first transistor, and a current output unit which outputs an output current based on the first current or the second current. |
