PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power combining circuit capable of reducing disturbance of an output waveform when amplifying and combining two pulse signals.SOLUTION: The power combining circuit includes input terminals 11-13: a first amplifier 15 connected to the first input terminal; a second amplifier 16 connected to the second input terminal 12; a first transistor 17, one of the source terminal and the drain terminal, and the gate terminal of which are connected to the first amplifier 15; a second transistor 18, one of the source terminal and the drain terminal, and the gate terminal of which are connected to the second amplifier 16; a third transistor 19, in which the other of the source terminal and the drain terminal in each of the first and second transistors 17 and 18 is connected to one of its source terminal and its drain terminal and the third input terminal 13 is connected to its gate terminal; and an output terminal 14, to which the other of the source terminal and the drain terminal in the third transistor 19 is connected. |
