PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member for connecting wiring boards 10, 11 in a state where connection electrodes 10a, 11a are directed in the same direction.SOLUTION: The connecting member includes a connection wiring layer 3 where a plurality of connection wires 3a formed at prescribed pitch are arranged and an anisotropic conductive layer 4 which is laminated on the connection wiring layer 3 and made electrically conductive to the connection wires in the thickness direction.
