PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow analyzing method, a flow analyzer and a flow analysis program of a resin molding capable of predicting a projection height of a secondary weld line projecting in a minute amount from the surface of a resin molding and evaluating its quality with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The flow analyzing method of resin molding which predicts the generation of the secondary weld line projecting in the minute amount from the surface of a resin molding by flow analyzing a melted resin in a cavity of a mold using a mesh model has a primary weld line development step to calculate a generating position of the primary weld line generated in an early stage of molding, and a difference calculating step of the secondary weld indices to calculate a generating position of the secondary weld line based on the calculated generating position of the primary weld line by using a mean degree of a fiber orientation in the direction of a sheet thickness of the resin molding and the volumetric shrinkage of the melted resin. |
