PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel, along with an imaging device, for achieving miniaturization and heat dissipation of an image sensor.SOLUTION: In the lens barrel, an elastic member 50 is interposed between an overhang section 45 of a heat dissipation member 40 for holding the image sensor 21 and an overhang section 65 of another heat dissipation member 60, and part of an elastic member 50 deformed by the compressive force when the heat dissipation member 40 is fixed to a base 30 with a screw 48 is enabled to come into openings 46 and 66 of the overhang sections 45 and 65. Then, heat from the image sensor 21 is transmitted from the heat dissipation member 40 to the heat dissipation member 60 by the elastic member 50, and optical adjustment of the image sensor 21 is enabled with the screw 48. |
